OLA is helping organize the Oregon Reads! project as part of the Oregon Sesquicentennial Celebration in 2009.
If you are interested in helping write curriculum for any of the 3 books by Oregon authors being highlighted, please
contact Sharon Buehler at sbuehler@msd.k12.or.us
The 3 books are:
Stubborn Twig by Lauren Kessler for adults and high school students,
Bat 6 by Virginia Euwer Wolff for middle school students, and
Apples to Oregon by Deborah Hopkinson for elementary students.
