An opening reception will be
held Friday, October 13 th at 5:30.
You are invited to join the OEMA members for lunch to
celebrate outstanding library programs and those who support them.
Exhibitors will be provided one complimentary ticket to the Celebration
Luncheon on Saturday for the first booth purchase. Additional lunch
tickets can be purchased for $10.00. The exhibits will be closed
during lunch for security.
Lunch entree choices are: Vegetarian or Country
Chicken Salad. Make your choice on the membership/meals
registration form.

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
This year Exhibit chaire will be conducting as much business as
possible online in order to be friendly to the environment. Please
make sure an email address is included or check the box stating
you do not want to conduct business online.

Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be located in Willamette River Room at the Salem
Convention Center in Salem, Oregon.
- One 6' draped table
- Two chairs
- An electrical outlet
- One complementary ticket to the OEMA Celebration Luncheon per
booth for registered exhibitors on Saturday. (Additional luncheon
tickets may be preordered for an additional fee.)
- After hours and luncheon security in the exhibit area.
Additional booth furnishings are available at additional cost.

charge is $50.
