• Welcome back to the new school year. It's time to think about the OEMA Fall Conference in Salem . The conference committee ran into a little glitch between the bulk mailer and the post office and the registration packets weren't mailed when they should have been.

The Saturday Banquet: Author Patrick Carman has donated back his speaking fees. He believes strongly in getting books into the hands of children so we are having a drawing at the banquet for a lucky library or two to win funds to buy books for their library. You must be present to win.
