An opening reception will be held Friday, October 14 th at 5:00

You are invited to join the OEMA members for lunch to celebrate
outstanding library programs and those who support them. Exhibitors
will be provided one complimentary ticket to the Celebration
Luncheon on Saturday for the first booth purchase. Additional
lunch tickets can be purchased for $10.00. The exhibits will
be closed during lunch for security.

We hope that you will be able to join us and we look forward
to receiving your payment to secure your booth space. Booth spaces
will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.. This year
Exhibit chaire will be conducting as much business as possible
online in order to be friendly to the environment. Please make
sure an email address is included or check the box stating
you do not want to conduct business online.

Exhibits will be located in Juniper Hall, room 2, at Eagle Crest
Resort, Redmond, Or.

• Two chairs
• An electrical outlet
• One (1) complementary ticket to the OEMA Celebration
Luncheon per booth for registered exhibitors on Saturday. (Additional
luncheon tickets may be preordered for an additional fee.)
• After hours
and luncheon security in the exhibit area.
Additional booth furnishings are available at additional cost.
Internet Access
High speed internet access is available. The charge is $75 for
the 2 days.
